Abstract
The Act declares that all rights that are exercisable by Mauritius with respect to the Continental Shelf and its natural resources shall be deemed to be, and always to have been, vested in the Crown (sect. 3). The Minister may make regulations to carry out to implement the Act (sect. 6). (7 sections)
