Dangerous Chemicals Control (Fees) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. 41 of 2005).

These Regulations prescribe fees for the grant or renewal of a licence granted or renewed under the Dangerous Chemicals Control Act 2004 for the import or export of a dangerous chemical. Fees shall also be paid for a licence granted under the Act for the manufacture, sale, storage, distribution of or trading in a dangerous chemical and a permit granted or renewed under the Act for the import or export of a pesticide or an extremely dangerous chemical. The fees shall be paid to the Dangerous Chemicals Control Board.
