Abstract
These Regulations, made under the Environment Protection Act 2002, provide rules for the prevention of pollution by uncontrolled affixing of posters in Mauritius.
Posters shall be affixed only in designated sites and the printer, the person who has commissioned a poster or the distributor, as the case may be, shall be presumed to have caused the poster to be affixed. Posters shall contain certain information required to identify their origin. Competent authorities may take measures to ensure protection of the environment.
