Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 13(6) of the Environment Protection Act, amend the Fourth Schedule to the Act in paragraph 2, subparagraph (1) (e), by deleting the words "soil and compost" and replacing them with the words "soil, compost and wetlands”.
