Environment Protection (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2006 (GN No. 142 of 2006).

These Regulations amend the Environment Protection Act 2002 by repealing the First Schedule of the Act and by replacing it by the Schedule to these Regulations. The Schedule specifies a list of undertakings requiring a Preliminary Environmental Report and a list of undertakings requiring an Environmental Impact Assessment.
