Environment Protection (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2010 (GN No. 73 of 2010).

These Regulations amend the Environment Protection Act in the Fifth Schedule by inserting in Part B for the items "Asphalt plant" and "Stone crushing plant" a clause which exempts such plants set up temporarily for the purposes of a project by a public department.
