Abstract
This Regulation provides for the licensing of persons who collect, transport, recover or dispose of any oil which has become unfit for use as a result of any permanent change, physical or chemical, in its original composition and properties. The Regulation further regulates the storage, disposal and processing of such oil. No person shall collect, transport, recover or dispose of used oil, unless he or she is a licensee but this prohibition shall not apply any person who collects, transports or disposes of cooking oil, in relation to his or her household activities.
