Fisheries and Marine Resources (Import of Fish and Fish Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (GN No. 179 of 2019).

These Regulations amend the Fisheries and Marine Resources (Import of Fish and Fish Products) Regulations 2012 dealing with health, hygiene and quality standards for imported fish products. They, among other things make amendments to the procedure of an application for registration as fish business operator. They insert also a new provision on, among other things, the determination of an application by an authorised officer.
