Abstract
These Regulations amend the Food Regulations 1999 in regulation 108 by giving a new definition of "soft drink". This definition does not include, among other things, water or water from natural springs, any cereal product other than those specified, fruit juice, any egg product, meat, yeast or a vegetable extract.
