Food (Sale of Food on Premises of Educational Institutions) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. 94 of 2009).

These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 18 of the Food Act, allow only food specified in the Schedule to these Regulations to be sold on the premises of any educational institution, i.e. any pre-school, primary school, secondary school or pre-vocational school.
