Abstract
This Act amends the Forests and Reserves Act by inserting a new section (3A) granting the power to an authorized officer to prohibit or restrict access to any nature reserve and requiring the authorized officer to cause signs to be displayed in the nature reserve indicating the prohibition or restriction of access. As a consequence, in section 14 a new subsection is added prohibiting a person to enter into or remain in a nature reserve in which a sign prohibiting or restricting public access is displayed pursuant to section 3A, otherwise than in compliance with the indication in that sign, except with the authorization of the authorized officer.
