Abstract
These Regulations amend the Maritime Zones (Fishing Licences) Regulations 1978 in regulation 4 by deleting paragraph 2 which imposed fees for applications for a licence granted by or under the authority of the Prime Minister under section 7(2) of the Maritime Zones Act 1977.
