Abstract
This Act makes amendments to the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority Act 2011 by deleting the definitions in various sections of “middleman” and “middleman’s permit and by redefining “crop year”. Other amendments concern, among other things, annual reports by the Board and transport of canes.
