Mauritius Cane Industry Authority (Costs of Transport of Canes for Small Planters) Regulations, Government Notice no. 60 of 2025.

These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 63 of the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority Act, concern road rate, as the lower rate for refund of transport costs per tonne per kilometre, defined in the attached schedule; and therefore establish the costs of transport for a small planter according to the distance.
