Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Municipal Council of Quatre Bornes under Sections 50, 57, 58, 158 and 163 of the Local Government Act 2011, makes provision for the sale of food in a specified market and provides general rules relative to the functioning and hygiene of the food market. The rules applying to sale of food concern hygienic conditions for the handling of (fresh) food.
