Public-Private Partnership Act.

The Act establishes within the Ministry a Public-Private Partnership Unit which shall deal with matters relating to a public-private partnership project referred to it by the Public-Private Partnership Committee, also established under this Act. The Committee shall deal with all matters relating to a public-private partnership project. The Act sets out procedures for the preparation of and entering into of public-private partnership agreements between a contracting authority (Ministry or Government Department, local authority or statutory corporation) and a private party.
