Abstract
This Act establishes the Regulatory Authorities Appeal Tribunal under section 3 and defines its jurisdiction in section 6. The Act further makes provision with respect to proceedings of the Tribunal and appeal against decisions of the Tribunal, and defines regulation-making powers of the Attorney General for the purposes of this Act. As for the jurisdiction of the Tribunal, it shall hear and dispose of any appeal against a decision of a regulatory authority in respect of its functions under the relevant Regulatory Authorities Act. On the basis one off those Acts, the Tribunal shall hear appeals in the field of supply of water and electricity.
