Rodrigues Regional Assembly (Fisheries and Marine Resources) Regulations 2007 (GN No. 1 of 2007).

These Regulations, made by the Rodrigues Regional Assembly under Section 31 of the Rodrigues Regional Assembly Act 2001, regulate selected fisheries matters in the area under the jurisdiction of the Rodrigues Regional Assembly. No person shall offer, fish, sell, collect, destroy, damage, remove, displace or overturn any coral, shell or sea cucumber without the written authorization of the Commissioner responsible for the subject of Fisheries. The Commissioner may issue an authorization under section 3 with such conditions as he or she may determine.
