Sugar Insurance Fund (Amendment) Act 2012 (No. 1 of 2012).

This Act amends the Sugar Insurance Fund Act in the Second Schedule in relation to a wide variety of matters including: declaration by the Board that a crop year shall be considered an event (natural disaster) year; withholding by the Board of compensation payable in any crop year in respect of a cane plantation in relation to which there has been a change in ownership under section 41; registration of the cane plantation; and recommendations to be made by the Board to the Minister.
