Sugar Planters Mechanical Pool Corporation Act (Act RL 5/393 of 21 October 1974).

A corporation called "The Sugar Planters Mechanical Pool Corporation" is established under section 3. The Corporation shall maintain a pool of agricultural machinery for the purposes of the sugar industry and hire such machinery to such persons and on such conditions as the Board established under section 6 may determine (sect. 4). This Board, consisting of a mix of representatives of the Government and sugar industry shall also generally manage and control the Corporation. (16 sections)
