Abstract
These Regulations, implementing section 46(3)(b) of the Town Planners' Council Act 2022, provide for continuing professional development programmes for every registered town planner. The Regulations empowers the Council to recommend, as a continuing professional development programme, any competency-enhancing programme; and approve any training or capacity-building programme.
