Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister under sections 25 and 47 of the Waste Water Management Authority Act,amend the Wastewater (Fees) Regulations 2001 by replacing the Schedule specifying payment of water charges to the central Water Authority under any enactment and specified in the Schedule to these Regulations.
