Wildlife (Amendment) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. 98 of 2013).

These Regulations amend the Second Schedule to the Wildlife Regulations 1998. This Schedule lists species of prescribed wildlife for purposes of regulation 4(1) of the principal Regulations (species of wildlife prescribed for the purposes of section 17(1) of the Wildlife and National Parks Act 1993. Section 17 prohibits the breeding, hunting, obtaining by any means or have in his or her possession of a prescribed species without a permit.
