1st Amendment to the Reclamation and Dredging Regulations (Regulation No. 2014/R-13).

This Regulation amends the Reclamation and Dredging Regulations (No. 2013/R-15). Section 13 of the principal Regulations is amended, which sets conditions and requirements regarding land reclamation or dredging carried out within 200 meters of environmentally sensitive areas. The conditions include conducting necessary studies and obtaining proper environmental clearances/permits, implementing measures to protect endangered or threatened species in the affected area, preserving natural and physical features as designated by relevant government authorities, and designing and implementing adequate drainage systems to mitigate water retention and flooding risks.
