First Amendment to the Fisheries Act of the Maldives (No. 10/2022).

This Act amends the Fisheries Act of the Maldives (No. 14/2019). Section 56 of the said Act is amended to substitute section 56 providing for establishment of a monitoring, control and surveillance system to be set up in coordination with relevant agencies by the government for monitoring and control of fisheries.
