Prevention and prohibition of corruption Act.

This Act is to prevent the offer and acceptance of bribery, the prevention and prohibition of attainment of undue advantage or the facilitation of attainment of undue advantage through use of influence from position, and the prevention of such. This text indicates specific procedures and principles as regards different types of offences (including bribery; undue advantage; hiding information and destroying evidence and documents; assigning work, procuring for the government and using government property for personal gain; acting in a manner which precludes an advantage to the public or the State where a benefit exists).
