Regulations on Registration and Billing for Waste Management Services, no. R/115 of 2023.

These Regulations, made under section 72 of the Waste Management Act no. 24/2022, apply to the charging of fees by a waste management service provider as a public utility service; to the registration of such services. Thus, the Regulations provide for prescribing related procedures for the services involving waste management service provider as a public utility service. The Regulations concern exemption from registration; duration of of a billing cycle; temporary suspension of waste management service.
