Control of Tobacco Auction Floors (Returns and Licences) Regulations (Cap. 65:03).

These Regulations, for purposes of implementation of provisions of the Control of Tobacco Auction Floors Act: prescribe forms of an auction floor licence, an auction floor buyer’s licence, a permit to export tobacco and a permit to import tobacco; and require tobacco growers, holders of an auction floor buyer’s licence and owners of a licensed auction floor to render prescribed returns to either the Minister or the Tobacco Control Commission, as the case may be.
