Cooperative Societies Regulations (Cap. 47:02).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Cooperative Societies in relation with, among other things: the Register of Cooperative Societies to be kept by the Registrar; registration of cooperative societies; composition of and procedures regarding the committee (i.e. the governing body of a registered society to which the management of its affairs is entrusted); matters regarding members of cooperative societies; other matters concerning the administration of societies; resolution of disputes; and control of registered societies by the Registrar.
