Abstract
These Regulations clarify the form and process for Export Processing Zones Certificate application and issuing. Moreover other provisions concern duties of export enterprise: duty to commence operations within a timeframe; duty to report activities to Committee; bookkeeping; etc. Part III regulates renewal, amendment, suspension and revocation of export processing zone certificate. The Regulations also provide for a serie of forms.
