Fisheries (Aquarist Trade Fishing Licence) Regulations.

The Order makes provision for the application for- and the granting of licences for the fishing for- and trade in aquarium and ornamental fish. The application shall be made in the form set out in the First Schedule. The fishing licence shall be in the form as set out in the Second Schedule. For fish protection purposes the Chief Fisheries Officer may prescribe methods of handling, keeping, transporting or despatching any fish caught under an aquarist trade fishing licence (sect. 5).
