Abstract
These Regulations prescribe that notices given under section 54(3) and (2) shall be in the forms set out in Part I and II of the Schedule. (Part I; Notice of Conditional Order under section 54 (forfeiture of property); Notice of intention to apply to the court under section 54A (1)(forfeiture of property of unknown person)).
