Abstract
The Order prohibits fishing with trawl nets and bottom trawl nets in an area specified in the Schedule: "Any person who by himself, his agent or his servant fails to comply with this Order shall be guilty of an offence and if convicted shall be liable to the penalty prescribed under the Act" (sect. 3). (3 sections and a Schedule)
