Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 128 of the Mines and Minerals Act, concerns pegging of claims that may be carried out under the Act. A person may peg not more than three claims in respect of each non-exclusive prospecting licence held by him or her. Other rules concern the claim area and marking. The Regulations require claims to be registered and provide for the application for registration. They also provide for affirmation of a claim, transfer of a claim, amalgamation of claims, procedures and requirements of registration and returns to be furnished by a holder of a claim.
