Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 128 of the Mines and Minerals Act, concerns geographical indications for mineral rights. Where the Minister is satisfied in any particular case (whether the grant or renewal of a Mineral Right) that it is not desirable or possible to comply with any one or more of the requirements of these Regulations, the area of land concerned shall be as determined by the Minister in that particular case. The Regulations also concern demarcation of land subject of a mineral right and concern transfer of a mineral right under section 60 of the Act and relative approval of the Minister.
