Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 128 of the Mines and Minerals Act, concern the application of a new non-exclusive prospecting licence or the renewal of such licence. The application shall be made to the Commissioner and shall be in a form approved by the Commissioner. A licence shall not be transferable. The Regulations also define some duties of a holder of a licence. The holder of a non-exclusive prospecting licence shall be present and in control at the place at which prospecting work is being carried out under the authority of the licence.
