Abstract
The Regulations are made by the Minister of Natural Resources, Energy and Mining pursuant to the provisions of the National Parks and Wildlife Act. The Regulations amend the National Parks and Wildlife (Control of Trade in Live Animals) Regulations by revoking its 1st Schedule and replacing it with a new one. The 1st Schedule is the format for the Live Animal Dealer’s Permit.
