Abstract
The Regulations are made by the Minister of Natural Resources, Energy and Mining pursuant to the provisions of the National Parks and Wildlife Act. The Regulations prohibit the trade in trophies, or the manufacturing of articles for sale from trophies, except with a valid trophy dealers’ permit obtained prior to such sale or manufacture.
