Abstract
The Regulations are made by the Minister of Natural Resources, Energy and Mining pursuant to the provisions of the National Parks and Wildlife Act. The Regulations prescribe fees payable in respect of certain matters including professional hunting licence, bird licence, game licence, visitors licence, hunting licence, crocodile farming licence, trophy dealers permit, research permit, CITES import, export and re-export permit, etc.
