Abstract
The Regulations are made by the Minister of Natural Resources, Energy and Mining pursuant to the provisions of the National Parks and Wildlife Act. The Regulations prohibit the import, export or re-export of game species, protected species, endangered species or listed species without obtaining a permit prior to the import, export or re-export. The Regulations provide the conditions for the grant of the respective permit to include, among other things, a clearance from the Scientific Authority, a clearance from the Management Authority, the payment of prescribed fees, etc. The permits are valid for a single usage, unless the contrary is provided.
