Abstract
The Regulations are made by the Minister of Natural Resources, Energy and Mining pursuant to the provisions of the National Parks and Wildlife Act. The Regulations amend the National Parks and Wildlife (Miscellaneous Forms) Regulations by revoking Form 9 in its Schedule and replacing it with a new one.
