The forms set out in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes of the provisions of the National Parks and Wildlife Act to which they relate and the particulars contained in those forms and not particularly described by the Act are hereby prescribed as particulars for the purposes of the Act (reg. 2). Schedule: Permit to enter a national park of wildlife reserve (form 1); Authority to harvest in national park or wildlife reserves (form 2); Application for issue of licence(s) (form 3); Bird licence (form 4); Game licence (form 5); Hunting licence (form 6); Special licence (form 7); Visitors licence (form 8); Certificate of ownership of specimen (form 9); Professional hunter's licence (form 10); Application for professional hunter's licence (form 11); Permit to import, export or re-export specimen of a protected species or listed species (12); Register of government trophies or confiscated specimens, domestic animals or articles (form 13).
