Abstract
The Regulations are made by the Minister of Natural Resources, Energy and Mining pursuant to the provisions of the National Parks and Wildlife Act. The Regulations specify the value of certain plants and fungi in terms of monetary amount. The schedule to the Regulations contain a list of plants and fungi and specify their respective values.
