Abstract
The Regulations are made by the Minister of Natural Resources, Energy and Mining pursuant to the provisions of the National Parks and Wildlife Act. The Regulations amend certain provisions of National Parks and Wildlife (Wildlife Ranching) Regulations (Principal Regulation) and also revokes the 1st Schedule to the Principal Regulation and replaces it with a new one.
