Abstract
This Act provides for the establishment, administration, functions and powers etc. of the National Planning Commission. The Commission is established as a body corporate and shall be the principal authority in Malawi for the development and implementation of national strategies and development plans. There shall be a Board and a Secretariat of the Commission.
