Pesticides (Amendment) Regulations, 2016 (G.N. No. 12 of 2016).

These Regulations amend the Pesticides Regulations in Schedule 12 (revokes and replaced by a new Schedule). The fees prescribed in the Twelfth Schedule shall be payable in respect of the matters specified therein in relation to such fees. Fees are to be paid for, among other things, a pesticide manufacturing licence, a commercial applicator licence, registration of pesticides, and importation of pesticides.
