Abstract
This Notice, made under section 10 of the Special Crops Act, imposes a levy on growers of coffee at various rates based on hectare of planted coffee and per tonne of green coffee produced by: (a) estate growers with 20 or more hectares of planted coffee; (b) smallholder growers under the Smallholder Coffee Authority Scheme and other growers with less than 20 hectares of planted coffee.
