Abstract
These Regulations, made udner section 24 of the Water Resources Act 1969, prescribe rules for the application for the granting by the Water Resources Board of water rights in respect of surface waters and groundwater under section 10 of the Water Resources Act. Section 7 deals with applications for an easement. (10 sections completed by two Schedules)
