Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2017

The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2017 includes three schedules: i) First schedule on goods for which the importation is absolutely prohibited; ii) Second schedule - Conditional prohibition except under an import licence; iii) Third schedule - Part I - Conditional prohibition except in the manner provided in the schedule; Part II - Condition prohibition except in the manner provided and shall not apply to the free commercial zone; Part III - Conditional prohibition except in the manner provided for goods controlled under the International Trade in Endangered Species Act 2008.
