Abstract
The Regulations contain in Schedule 1 a model form of the application for any licence or for any renewal or transfer thereof. Schedule 2 contain a model form of the licence to be issued according to the procedure set out in the Environmental Quality Act 1974. Article 4 regulates the revocation and suspension of the licence.
